Tindan Care Clinic provides a platform that connects patients with healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are provided by independent healthcare providers who are not employees or agents of Tindan Care Clinic.
The information provided through our Services is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
5. AI Health Assistant
Our AI Health Assistant provides general health information and suggestions based on the information you provide. The AI Health Assistant does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and should not be used in place of professional medical advice.
The AI Health Assistant may not be able to identify all health conditions or emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
6. Telemedicine Services
Telemedicine services are provided by independent healthcare providers through our platform. By using our telemedicine services, you acknowledge that:
- Telemedicine is not appropriate for all medical conditions
- Technical failures may delay or interrupt services
- The healthcare provider may determine that telemedicine is not appropriate for your condition and may recommend in-person care

8. Payments
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tindan Care Clinic and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tindan Care Clinic is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
